Sales Associate
INNO4’s Sales Associate program is designed to develop high-potential entry-level sales representatives. The program gives Sales Associates direct field sales experience with the eventual goal of progressing to an Account Executive position. Job responsibilities include:
- Selling systems integration equipment and services
- Identifying new opportunities and managing existing customers
- Growing sales in line with company growth objectives
- Maintaining routine call cycle and quality of outbound calls
- Building effective business relationships within account base
- Developing and implementing account specific programs and business plans
- Maintaining up-to-date sales records on current account base
- Handling all customer service issues within customer base
We have immediate openings for highly motivated Sales Associates. This is a full time position, but we will consider a part time position for candidates who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. INNO4 is a highly entrepreneurial, high velocity environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be self–motivated to achieve predetermined monthly sales goals.
Qualified applicants will have the following qualifications:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to grow in professional sales quickly
- Examples of “leadership” positions at previous work assignments or within school activities
- Excellent listening, problem solving, and assertiveness skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to project a positive attitude
- Successful academic background
- Strong organizational ability and time management skills
- Experience with inbound marketing and social media tools
- An interest in taking responsibility to build current skill set and gain additional knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well with others to achieve common goals and to foster a cooperative climate, as well as to work independently
Ideal candidates will have one or more of the following:
- Knowledge and understanding of data networks and network security
- Basic understanding of:
- Client / server architecture
- Enterprise and mobile application development
- Data center architectures
- Data and network security
- Working knowledge of graphics applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Completed a course(s) on negotiations
