Jose Bernal - Chief Executive Officer
Jose Bernal is the Chief Executive Officer of INNO4, a ServicePoint company, bringing over 30 years of experience as a technology services and operations executive. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Bernal has successfully launched and scaled multiple start-ups, including Comtech Systems Inc., CP&S, Inc. (acquired by Asurion), and OnForce, Inc. (acquired by Adecco).
In addition to being a patent holder (US 8538788) for a method to secure contingent labor in the field service industry, Mr. Bernal has held senior executive roles at prominent public companies. At Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX), he led global business development for the $200 million Retail Technology Services division, and at Staples (NASDAQ: STPLS), he oversaw operations and merchandising for the $750 million Business Services division.
Mr. Bernal earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Steve Torres - Chief Financial Officer
Steve Torres is the Chief Financial Officer of INNO4, a ServicePoint company, bringing over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, operational leadership, and organizational growth. With a track record of delivering impactful results across technology and managed services, Mr. Torres excels in driving sustainable business success.
Previously, Mr. Torres served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Blue Mantis, where he led financial strategy and operational efficiencies. At Vology, he served as President, guiding the company’s growth in cloud, managed, and security services. Earlier, as Managing Director of KuhnTorres Growth Capital Partners, he advised organizations on strategic growth initiatives.
Mr. Torres earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Regis University.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he has completed executive programs at Stanford University, Harvard University, and the CEO Academy.

John Blackburn - Chief Revenue Officer
John R. Blackburn is the Chief Revenue Officer of INNO4, a ServicePoint company, leading revenue strategies for one of the largest enterprise IT services companies in the U.S. With over 40 years of experience in IT services and sales leadership, Mr. Blackburn has played a pivotal role in scaling revenue streams and advancing ServicePoint’s mission since joining in April 2024.
Prior to INNO4, Mr. Blackburn held transformative leadership roles, including President of Pomeroy, where he oversaw strategic growth from 2021 to 2024. As Pomeroy’s Chief Revenue Officer from 2019 to 2021, he managed a $385 million portfolio, achieving a contract renewal rate increase from 80% to 98%. Earlier, he served as VP of Sales and Managing Director for North America at Getronics, playing a key role in reestablishing the Pomeroy brand.
Mr. Blackburn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and is active in nonprofit work, serving on boards for the Cleveland Lutheran High School Association and Lutheran West High School.

Mike Qualley - Chief Services Officer
Michael Qualley serves as the Chief Service Officer of INNO4, a ServicePoint company, leveraging over 25 years of expertise in service delivery and technology operations. Known for driving operational excellence and client success, Mr. Qualley has built and scaled service organizations across industries, managing teams from innovative start-ups to global enterprises.
Mr. Qualley’s leadership has fueled strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, major transactions, and new business launches. As Chief Operating Officer at Stealth Monitoring, he oversaw global operations, achieving significant recurring revenue growth. At Sirius Computer Solutions, he spearheaded the expansion of the cybersecurity division, delivering record-setting performance.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Qualley held executive roles at Forsythe Solutions Group, ABN AMRO Bank, and Commerx, specializing in technology services, operations, and business transformation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DePauw University and has completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Mikel Weiss - Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategy
Mikel Weiss is Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategy for INNO4, a ServicePoint company, bringing extensive expertise in driving business growth through innovative strategies and customer-centric solutions.
Ms. Weiss joined ServicePoint following its acquisition of Inno4, where she served as Vice President of Sales. With a strong background in sales leadership, she has played a pivotal role in enhancing ServicePoint’s position as a leader in IT field services and solutions.
Prior to joining INNO4, Ms. Weiss held executive roles where she successfully developed and implemented sales frameworks that delivered measurable business results. Known for her strategic vision and ability to foster high-performing teams, she continues to shape INNO4’s long-term success by focusing on scalable revenue strategies and transformative business practices.

Paul Manibusan - Senior Vice President of Operations
Paul Manibusan serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at INNO4, a ServicePoint company, leading design and engineering teams specializing in data center structured cabling, networking, and audiovisual solutions. Mr. Manibusan joined ServicePoint following its acquisition of Inno4, a company he co-founded and led as a Principal, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry knowledge.
Previously, Mr. Manibusan gained extensive experience at organizations such as NetVersant, Hargis Engineers, and Johns Electric. His expertise spans operational excellence and technical innovation, making him instrumental in delivering complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure projects. He is dedicated to ensuring ServicePoint remains at the forefront of cutting-edge technology deployment.
