ROBERT N. FELDMAN, Chief Executive Officer and Principal

Robert N. Feldman is the CEO and Founder of INNO4. He leads the INNO4 team in their commitment to innovation, commitment to recruit, retain and empower the highest caliber of personnel and ensure each and every engagement is a success.  Feldman is a highly experienced serial entrepreneur.  His career spans over 30 years in the telecommunications, information technology, cybersecurity and data infrastructure space. Feldman currently serves on and has been a member of various major vendor business counsels.

Prior to founding INNO4, Feldman was Executive Vice President of a $300MM technology solutions provider. He assumed this position after the company he helped to create and build, JCI Communications, was acquired by the technology solutions provider. Feldman led JCI to become one of Avaya’s first and largest channel partners.

Feldman’s professional background includes positions at Wang Laboratories and its subsidiary, Wang information Services Corporation (WISC). He served as Director of Strategic Operations and General Manager of Voice and Network Services, respectively.

Feldman started his technology career at AT&T where he held progressive positions in sales, product marketing and general management.

Feldman is active in various philanthropic endeavors. Feldman has a passion for working with children and adults with disabilities, having recently served on the boards of Walker School and later holding office as Treasurer for New England Village.

Feldman has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston College.

MARK RAUCH, RCDD, Principal, Executive Vice President

Mark Rauch, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of INNO4, oversees business and operations for INNO4. With over 27 years in the technology industry, he has had significant experience in program management and overseeing engineering and operations for national customers.

Prior to joining INNO4, Rauch was Vice President of National Accounts for a large technology solutions provider.  Earlier in his career, he spent time as a Program Manager and Engineer for Hargis Engineering designing infrastructure systems for large national accounts. Rauch’s career started as Telecommunications Engineer for Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle, WA.

Rauch attended Wanatchee Valley Community College and Everett Community College where he studied accounting and business management and he is a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).

PAUL MANIBUSAN, Principal, Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Engineering

Paul Manibusan, Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of INNO4, oversees field operations and engineering. His career spans over 15 years in the electrical, telecommunications network and information management sectors holding various positions in engineering, operations and management positions. Manibusan also provides strategic overall program management for INNO4’s key national accounts.

Prior to joining INNO4, Manibusan was the National Operations Director for a large technology solutions provider. Earlier in his career, he was an Engineer/Consultant for Hargis Engineers.  He also spent five years as a Division Manager with prominent electrical corporation where he provided diverse technology infrastructure solutions.

Manibusan attended College of Siskiyous and Lewis Clark State College where he majored in Business Management and Administration.

GEORGE LEPKE, CPA Controller

George Lepke is the Controller for INNO4 and oversees the long term and day to day financial priorities of the organization. He brings over 20 years of financial management experience to the role.

Prior to joining INNO4, Lepke was the CFO of Advanced Career Technologies and was responsible for accounting, finance, human resources, banking, forecasts/budgets and business plans. . He served as the CFO for DeWolfe New England, a multi-location real estate organization and was responsible for restructuring the mortgage banking business as well as managing and designing 20 acquisitions which together became the foundation for an IPO.

Lepke is a CPA and a graduate of Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

MICHAEL MURRAY, Vice President, Technology

Michael Murray is the Vice President of Technology for INNO4. In this role, he sets the standard and direction for our existing and emerging technology offerings. He also focuses on developing and growing INNO4’s Cybersecurity, Network Infrastructure, and Managed Services platforms. Mike brings 24 years of experience in the information technology space to INNO4.

Prior to joining INNO4, Murray ran technology services for a Managed Services Provider (MSP), including all facets of IT management, including strategic planning, technology vision, organizational growth, and technical operations, with a focus in cybersecurity and vCISO services.  In a previous role, Murray built out the northeast fiber optic network for a tier one internet backbone provider and led network engineering for their regional central office. Early in his career he built out a proprietary global enterprise network monitoring platform as well as global carrier-grade VOIP infrastructure for several Fortune 500 companies.

Murray holds several industry certifications including ISC2 CISSP, Cisco CCNP (route/switch + collaboration), AWS Cloud Practitioner, FortiNet, and Palo.

Murray is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Cum Laude) in Information Technology.

Margaret Koetzner, Director of Business Operations

Margaret Koetzner is the Director of Business Operations for INNO4. She leads all strategic and operational aspects of Human Resources for INNO4 including training and development. She also oversees all contract review and administration and manages professional and confidential special project functions for the organization.  Koetzner brings over seven years of experience to INNO4.

Prior to joining INNO4, Koetzner managed all facets of human resources including recruiting, training and development and talent management for Target Corporation and Mattel Inc.

Koetzner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University at Albany-SUNY.
